After successfully showing the 1994 Regal Trophy Final this time last year, Blast from the Past sees CTSC relive a game from the archive sand will hopefully feature 'Special Guests' from the featured game. We're taking you back to 1991 and the coaching era of Darryl Van de Velde when on 20th October the opponents were Bradford Northern, the venue Elland Road for the Yorkshire Cup Final.
Usual skipper Lee Crooks was a late withdrawal but in Tawera Nikau, Van de Velde had a more than capable stand in, and the Kiwi guided his side to victory, with Graham Steadman, at fullback, producing a Man of the Match display.
