As we approach the 'business end' of the season it is that time of year when thoughts turn to our annual 'Player of the Year' event, and we are looking to hold the event in early September. Further details of this event will be available in the next couple of weeks. | | Read more... [Player of the Year 2010] | Sanctions such as those imposed recently upon Castleford Tigers are not only financially damaging to the Club, but could also jeopardise our future Superleague status. CTSC would like to state that it does not condone poor conduct and discriminatory chanting on the terraces, although the Committee recognises that this is the behaviour of a minority. With some 'big' games' including the local derby against the Rhinos on the horizon, we would like to urge all fans to treat players, officials and supporters with respect in order to preserve our Superleague status.
