The Tigers continued their tremendous away form and in doing so, leap-frogged neighbours Wakefield to go 6th in the Superleague table and extended the winning run to 4 matches, after a 20-12 win at The Hearwell Stadium (Belle Vue). Returning to the scene of one of the Tigers darkest days, when relegated in 2006, they avenged the Good Friday defeat with Joe Westerman, who stood on the terraces in 2006, the hero with a 100% kicking display with 2 conversions and crucially 4 penalty goals to seal the win. | | Read more... The Tigers made it 3 wins in row after a hard fought win in difficult conditions at The Willows coming out 18-12 in front against Salford City Reds. [Bradford Away] | Another home game and another defeat by a couple of points. It seems to be the way of the season so far for the Tigers. Still without the injured James Evans, Ryan Hudson and Brent Sherwin, Terry Matterson continued with Dean Widders operating in the centre and the influential Rangi Chase starting at hooker whilst Sione Faumuina and Ryan McGoldrick taking up the half back roles. For the Dragons, ex-Tiger Oliver Elima started in the 2nd row whilst the half back roles were filled by Aussie Adam Mogg and French international Thomas Bosc. | | Read more... [Catalans Home] | |
